Produktinformation "MN-SERVO-MJ3-EC Motionnet Single-axis Motion Control Module"
The MN-SERVO-MJ3-EC CR is a single-axis motion control slave module for distributed Motionnet networks. It connects directly to a Mitsubishi MELSERVO-J3/J4 servo driver, reducing the wiring needed between drivers and the controller. Modules are chained with standard Cat.5 LAN cable, and one serial line supports up to 64 single-axis modules.
Each axis offers pulse output up to 6.6 MHz with a 28-bit counter, and encoder input in CW/CCW or A/B phase modes. T/S-curve acceleration and deceleration are supported, and speed and position can be changed on the fly. Multi-axis linear and 2-axis circular interpolation are included, along with slow-down, home, positive and negative limit sensor inputs, software limits and compare trigger output.
Three-way isolation between power, communication and I/O is intended to provide better noise immunity and device protection. The e-CON Mini-Clamp connector variant allows an easier, debris-free wire termination process. The rated operating temperature is 0 ~ +60 °C.
