Cybersäker I/O (ETS-7200)
The ETS-7217 brings eight differential analog inputs and four digital outputs to an Ethernet network, with a built-in 2-port switch so units can be daisy-chained along a line of machinery or across a building. Each analog channel can be given its own input range and can be set to accept voltage or current, which suits a mixed set of digital sensors in IIoT installations.Control logic runs on the module itself. An IF-THEN-ELSE engine is configured through the built-in web interface, so simple automation can be set up without writing code, and mathematical functions are included. Protocol support covers Modbus TCP, Modbus TCP/TLS, MQTT, Rest API, CoAP and LwM2M.Protection and isolation are aimed at harsh electrical environments. The analog inputs tolerate 240 Vrms overvoltage, the digital outputs are protected against short-circuit and overload, and the I/O is isolated to 2500 VDC. The module can be powered over PoE (IEEE 802.3af, Class 2) or from a +12 to +48 VDC terminal block, and mounts on a DIN rail.ApplicationsBuilding automationFactory automationMachine automationRemote maintenanceRemote diagnosisTesting equipment
The ETS-7226 brings six analog inputs, two analog outputs, two digital input/counter channels and two digital outputs into one DIN-rail module. It suits distributed monitoring and control jobs where separate I/O hardware would otherwise be needed for each signal type. Each analog input is jumper-selectable between voltage and current, covering ±500 mV to ±10 V and 0 to 20 mA, ±20 mA and 4 to 20 mA, with 240 Vrms overvoltage protection per channel. Simple control logic can be built in the web interface using IF-THEN-ELSE rules, so no programming is needed. The built-in two-port 10/100 Base-TX switch supports daisy-chain topologies. Modbus TCP/TLS, MQTT, Rest API, CoAP and LwM2M are supported for connecting digital sensors in IIoT applications, with HTTP/HTTPS web access and security features such as Modbus/TCP security and enhanced DoS protection.ApplicationsBuilding AutomationFactory AutomationMachine AutomationRemote MaintenanceRemote DiagnosisTesting Equipment
The ETS-7255 CR is an Ethernet I/O module for IIoT and automation projects that need to read switches, sensors and counters and drive loads over the network. It accepts dry or wet contact inputs and switches up to 650 mA per channel through source-type outputs, so it suits direct field wiring without a separate interface device. Each of the eight inputs can operate as a 32-bit counter, and the power-on and safe values of the outputs are programmable, which helps define a known state if communication is lost. The built-in dual watchdog covers both module and communication faults. Isolation is rated at 2500 VDC for the I/O and 1500 VDC for the Ethernet side, although the input channels are not isolated from each other.A two-port 10/100 Base-TX switch allows the unit to be daisy-chained along a line of devices. Control logic can be configured through the web interface using IF-THEN-ELSE rules, without writing code. The module can be powered from PoE (IEEE 802.3af, Class 2) or from a +12 to +48 VDC terminal block supply and mounts on a DIN rail.ApplicationsBuilding AutomationFactory AutomationMachine AutomationRemote MaintenanceRemote DiagnosisTesting Equipment
The ETS-7260 CR combines six wet contact digital inputs and six form A power relays in one DIN-rail Ethernet I/O module. Each input can be used as a 32-bit counter, and the relay power-on and safe values are programmable, which suits remote monitoring and control in IIoT installations.Connectivity is handled by a 2-port 10/100 Base-TX switch, so units can be daisy-chained along a line. Supported protocols include Modbus TCP, Modbus TCP/TLS, MQTT (optional TLS), REST API, CoAP and LwM2M. A web interface with IF-THEN-ELSE logic lets engineers build simple automation rules without writing code.Isolation is rated at 3000 VDC for the I/O and 1500 VDC for Ethernet, but there is no channel-to-channel isolation. When switching inductive loads, fit a flyback diode for DC loads or a metal oxide varistor for AC loads to protect the relay contacts.ApplicationsBuilding AutomationFactory AutomationMachine AutomationRemote MaintenanceRemote DiagnosisTesting Equipment
The ETS-7267 CR combines eight Form A power relays with a built-in two-port Ethernet switch, so modules can be daisy-chained along a network line. It suits remote switching and monitoring in IIoT installations that use Modbus TCP, MQTT, REST API, CoAP or LwM2M.Relay power-on and safe values are programmable, and dual watchdogs (module and communication) protect the outputs. Control logic is built in the web interface as IF-THEN-ELSE rules with no programming required, supported by timer, schedule and internal register functions.Isolation is rated at 1500 VDC on Ethernet and 3000 VDC on I/O, and there is no channel-to-channel isolation. The module mounts on DIN-rail, accepts PoE (IEEE 802.3af, Class 2) or +12 to +48 VDC, and operates from -25 to +75 °C.ApplicationsBuilding AutomationFactory AutomationMachine AutomationRemote MaintenanceRemote DiagnosisTesting Equipment
