The DIO-48 CR is an ISA bus digital I/O board that gives a PC 48 bi-directional 5 V/TTL channels. The lines are grouped into six 8-bit bi-directional ports, and each port's direction is programmable under software control, so the board can be set up for a mix of inputs and outputs.Every I/O line is buffered on the board, which provides higher driving capability. Pull-up or pull-down resistors on the I/O lines keep an unconnected digital input at a defined high or low level instead of letting it float. The board emulates two industrial-standard 8255 PPI ports in mode 0, which helps when porting existing 8255-based code.Timing resources include a 32-bit programmable internal timer and a 16-bit event counter, with four interrupt sources. The board supports daughter boards from the DB-24 and DB-16 families as well as OPTO-22 compatible daughter boards.ApplicationsDigital I/O expansion in ISA bus PCsSwitching and sensing 5 V/TTL logic signalsTiming and event counting alongside digital I/O

The ISO-C64 CR is an ISA bus digital output board that gives a PC 64 isolated open-collector channels, split across four isolated banks (groups A, B, C and D). It is intended for driving field logic signals while keeping the host computer protected from damaging voltages and free of ground-loop problems. Each output uses a Darlington transistor with an integral suppression diode, which suits switching inductive loads. The output port requires an external power supply. The board is supplied with one CA-4037W cable and two CA-4002 D-Sub connectors, so it can be connected to field wiring straight away.Choose this variant when you need high channel density with galvanic separation on an ISA-based system. The board is CE, UKCA, RoHS and WEEE certified. The related ISO-P64 and ISO-P32C32 are available if a different interface or channel count is required.ApplicationsFactory automationProduct testLaboratory automation
The ISO-P32C32 CR is an ISA bus digital I/O board for PC-based control and test work, providing 32 isolated digital inputs and 32 isolated digital outputs. The inputs use photo-coupler circuits and can be powered internally through the built-in DC/DC converter or from an external supply, selected by jumper. The outputs use Darlington transistors with an integral suppression diode for inductive loads. The board isolates the host PC from field logic signals, which helps prevent ground-loop problems and protects the computer from damaging voltages. Channels 0 to 15 and 16 to 31 form separate isolated input groups, and the outputs are arranged in two further isolated groups. Interrupt handling is supported, with channel 0 and channel 16 as interrupt sources. This ordering code includes one CA-4037W cable and two CA-4002 D-Sub connectors, so the board can be wired to field signals straight away. Each D-Sub connector carries 16 input and 16 output channels. The output port requires an external power supply.ApplicationsFactory AutomationProduct TestLaboratory Automation
The ISO-P32S32W CR is an ISA bus digital I/O card that gives a PC 32 optically isolated digital inputs and 32 isolated NPN open-collector outputs. Each input is isolated by a photocoupler, which keeps the host computer separated from field signals and protects it from voltages that could damage it.The outputs are current-sinking NPN transistors with an integral suppression diode for inductive loads. Output capability is split between 8 channels rated at 500 mA and 24 channels rated at 100 mA. External power is needed to drive the digital input and output ports, and the card has an onboard DC/DC converter. Two interrupt sources, channel 0 and channel 16, are available for event-driven handling. The card is intended for factory automation, product test and laboratory automation, where a PC needs to read switch and sensor states and drive loads through isolated, field-wired connections. The included CA-4037W cable and CA-4002 D-Sub connectors simplify field wiring.ApplicationsFactory AutomationProduct TestLaboratory Automation
The ISO-P64 CR is an ISA bus data acquisition board that brings 64 optically isolated digital inputs into a PC. The inputs are split into four isolated banks, so field signals are kept electrically separate from the host computer, which helps eliminate ground-loop problems and protects the PC from damaging voltages. Each input uses a photocoupler and accepts either dry (volt-free) or wet contact signals. The input supply can be set by jumper to the board's internal DC/DC converter, which draws power from the PC side, or to an external supply. Inputs 0 to 15 and 32 to 47 form group A, while inputs 16 to 31 and 48 to 63 form group B. Channels 0 and 16 can be used as interrupt sources.Field wiring is made through a female DB37 connector and a 40-pin box header, with the CA-4037W cable and two CA-4002 D-Sub connectors included in this ordering code. Each D-Sub connector carries 16 input and 16 output channels, so the board suits factory automation, product test and laboratory automation setups.ApplicationsFactory AutomationProduct TestLaboratory Automation
P16R16DIO CR is an ISA bus interface board that combines 16 isolated digital inputs with 16 electromechanical relay outputs. It installs in PC/AT/XT systems and suits engineers who need both sensing and switching on a single card. Each digital input accepts AC/DC 5 ~ 24 V with sink/source operation and is isolated to 5000 Vrms. The relay bank provides eight SPDT and eight SPST contacts, each with an LED showing its state. The board uses one 37-pin D-Sub connector, and its function equals that of two P8R8DIO units. This CR order includes one CA-4037B cable and two CA-4002 D-Sub connectors. The connector pin assignment is compatible with the 725 series.Hardware note: power draw is 200 mA at +5 V and 260 mA at +12 V (maximum).ApplicationsFactory AutomationProduct TestLaboratory AutomationSecurity Control
The TMC-10 CR is an ISA bus board for PC-based timing, counting and digital I/O work. Four 8254 timer/counter chips provide eight independent 16-bit timer/counter channels, and two channels can be cascaded into 32-bit timer/counter channels for longer counts and intervals.Timing can be referenced to two internal clock sources, selected by jumper, or to an eight-channel external clock source. Eleven interrupt levels are jumper selectable, and the digital I/O operates at 5 V/TTL levels with a 1.0 MHz typical response speed. The board uses a female DB37 connector and includes one CA-4002 D-Sub connector. It measures 105 x 162 x 22 mm (W x L x D), draws 500 mA at +5 V, and is rated for 0 ~ +60°C operation, -20 ~ +70°C storage and 5 ~ 85% RH non-condensing humidity.ApplicationsFactory automationProduct testTest automationDigital I/O controlAlarm monitoring
