The ISO-C64 CR is an ISA bus digital output board that gives a PC 64 isolated open-collector channels, split across four isolated banks (groups A, B, C and D). It is intended for driving field logic signals while keeping the host computer protected from damaging voltages and free of ground-loop problems.
Each output uses a Darlington transistor with an integral suppression diode, which suits switching inductive loads. The output port requires an external power supply. The board is supplied with one CA-4037W cable and two CA-4002 D-Sub connectors, so it can be connected to field wiring straight away.
Choose this variant when you need high channel density with galvanic separation on an ISA-based system. The board is CE, UKCA, RoHS and WEEE certified. The related ISO-P64 and ISO-P32C32 are available if a different interface or channel count is required.
