The PET-7017-10 is a PoE-powered Ethernet analog input module for engineers who need voltage or current measurement on a networked I/O node. Its inputs can be set as 10 differential or 20 single-ended channels in software, and each channel can be given its own range, so one module can serve mixed sensor types on the same network. Each channel offers a choice of voltage ranges from ±150 mV to ±10 V and current ranges of ±20 mA, 0 ~ 20 mA and 4 ~ 20 mA, selected with jumpers. Resolution is 16-bit, and the module has two sampling modes: normal mode at 10 Hz total and fast mode at 50 Hz total. Open wire detection is available for 4 ~ 20 mA inputs, and differential channels are rated for 240 Vrms overvoltage protection.Configuration and monitoring are handled through a built-in web server with Web HMI, and the module supports Modbus TCP and Modbus UDP. Access is controlled by ID, password and IP filter. The unit is powered either from PoE (IEEE 802.3af, Class 1) or from a +12 ~ +48 VDC terminal block, and it mounts on a DIN rail.ApplicationsBuilding automationFactory automationMachine automationRemote maintenanceRemote diagnosisTesting equipment
The DL-303 CR records carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, temperature, humidity and dew point together, with date and time stamps on every record. Readings are shown simultaneously on a 2.8-inch touch screen, and a single relay output can drive an alarm device or an indoor air quality (IAQ) control device.Data can be read over RS-485 using DCON or Modbus RTU, or over Ethernet using Modbus TCP or MQTT. The unit can be powered from PoE (IEEE 802.3af, Class 1) or from a +12 ~ +48 VDC terminal block, which simplifies installation where a network cable is already present. Configuration is available through the touch screen or the built-in web server.Logged data can be downloaded and exported to CSV for analysis. Free Windows utility software, iOS and Android apps are included, and multilingual on-screen messages can be shown to prompt operators. The device is listed with CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS and WEEE certification.ApplicationsTransportation of food or pharmaceuticalsFood and beverage industry (HACCP)Blood stations and pharmaciesBuilding and energy managementWarehouse managementMuseums, archives and galleries
ECAT-2051 CR is an EtherCAT SubDevice that adds 16 isolated digital inputs to an EtherCAT network. It accepts both dry and wet contacts, and each input works in sink or source wiring, so it suits a wide range of field signals in machine and automation designs. Two RJ-45 bus ports allow the module to be daisy-chained, which reduces cabling between stations. Stations can be up to 100 m apart over 100BASE-TX, and the module supports distributed clocks with a 200 us cycle time. Input status is available both in the process data and on LED indicators beside each channel. The module has a removable terminal block, 3750 VDC input isolation and ESD protection of 4 kV contact per channel. It has been verified with the EtherCAT conformance test tool, so it can be configured by any EtherCAT Main Device or configurator without special handling.ApplicationsSemiconductor toolsMetal formingPackagingInjection mouldingAssembly systemsPrinting machinesRobotics
The ECAT-2611 CR is a protocol converter gateway that connects EtherCAT and Modbus RTU networks. It operates as a SubDevice on both sides and passes I/O data between them, so an EtherCAT Main Device and a Modbus RTU Main Device can exchange data through its internal data exchange buffer. It suits system integrators who need to bring older serial automation equipment into an EtherCAT architecture. The serial protocol conversion is handled in the module, so no PLC function blocks are required and the connected device needs no hardware or software changes. This CR ordering code includes the CA-0915 DB9 male to DB9 female cable, 1.5 M, for connecting the serial port. Key figures include a 10 ms cycle time, up to 256 WORD input and 256 WORD output data, and serial communication up to 115200 bps.ApplicationsRetrofitting older Modbus RTU automation devices into EtherCAT communication structuresExchanging I/O data between an EtherCAT Main Device and a Modbus RTU Main DeviceIntegrating serial Modbus RTU equipment into EtherCAT-based machine control systems
The ET-2242 CR is an Ethernet I/O module offering 16 open-collector digital outputs in sink configuration, with each channel rated for a 650 mA load. It suits engineers who need to switch a group of loads over Ethernet without a separate network device, as the built-in 2-port switch lets modules be daisy-chained along a line.Beyond switching, the module can be configured to hold a programmable power-on value and safe value for its outputs. Its I/O pair connection function links local DO channels to DI channels on a remote module over Ethernet, with remote DI data written to local outputs in Pull mode via Modbus TCP. Dual-watchdog support, a built-in web server and password and IP filter access control add to its configuration and operational options. For electrically demanding sites, the ET-2242 CR provides 3000 VDC I/O isolation and EMS (EFT/ESD/Surge) protection. Its MQTT publisher and subscriber capability and SNMP V2c support allow I/O status to be reported to brokers and network management software.ApplicationsFactory AutomationMachine AutomationBuilding AutomationRemote Diagnosis & MaintenanceTesting Equipment
The ET-7060 CR combines six wet contact digital inputs with six form A power relays in a single Ethernet-connected DIN-rail module. Each input can also operate as a 32-bit counter, which suits pulse counting and status monitoring in automation and remote supervision tasks. Relay power-on and safe values are programmable, so outputs can be set to a defined state when the module starts or communication is lost.Communication is handled over a 10/100 Base-TX RJ-45 port using Modbus TCP or Modbus UDP. A built-in web server and web HMI allow configuration and monitoring through a browser, while dual watchdogs (module and communication, both programmable) help maintain system reliability. Access can be restricted with ID, password and IP filter controls.Isolation is rated at 3000 VDC for the I/O and 1500 VDC for Ethernet, with no channel-to-channel isolation. When switching inductive loads, fit a flyback diode for DC loads or a metal oxide varistor for AC loads to protect the relay contacts and extend relay life.ApplicationsBuilding automationFactory automationMachine automationRemote maintenanceRemote diagnosisTesting equipment
The GST25A24-DA1-DIN CR converts a universal 85~264 VAC input into a 24 VDC output rated at 25 W and 1.04 A. It is designed for DIN-rail mounting, so it can be fitted directly into a control cabinet alongside other automation equipment.Short circuit, overload and over voltage protection are built in, with the over voltage function implemented as a Zener diode clamp. The fully enclosed plastic case and an operating range of -30 °C to +70 °C allow the unit to be used across a wide ambient temperature range. The unit carries CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS and WEEE markings. The specification table lists the safety, EMC and input and output details for the ordering code GST25A24-DA1-DIN CR.ApplicationsSupplying 24 VDC to DIN-rail mounted automation and control equipment in cabinets
The GW-7433D-G bridges CANopen networks and Ethernet-based control systems. On the field side it operates as a CANopen master, using PDO and SDO services to communicate with slave devices. On the plant side it appears as a Modbus TCP server and a Modbus RTU slave, so an existing CANopen installation can be monitored and controlled from any Modbus TCP client or Modbus RTU master.Slave devices are predefined using the manufacturer's utility software. At start-up the gateway collects the required information from those slaves. It supports up to 20 CANopen slave devices, and up to five Modbus TCP clients can access the unit at the same time. The listen mode lets engineers monitor CANopen slave data without taking part in the network traffic. Slaves can be added or removed on line, and CANopen status, slave and gateway communication states, and disconnections can be queried through Modbus commands.ApplicationsControl systemsBuilding automationFactory automationDistributed data acquisitionWind turbine monitoring and control, integrating large inverters and PLCs
