The tWF-PD4R3 CR adds wireless remote I/O to monitoring and control systems over IEEE 802.11 b/g/n. It can operate in Access Point or Station mode, so it can join an existing wireless network or serve as its own access point for local connections. Modbus TCP support allows direct integration with SCADA software and HMI Modbus applications.
Four photocoupler-isolated dry-contact inputs sense switch closures and count pulses, with every channel providing a 32-bit counter (up to 4294967295 counts) at up to 20 Hz. Three Form A power relay outputs, rated DC 30V/5A and AC 250V/5A, handle switching duties directly, with 5 ms operate and release times.
Setup can be carried out from a PC utility, an Android app or a standard web browser (HTML). The module accepts 9 ~ 48 VDC with reverse polarity protection and mounts on a DIN rail. It is rated for -25 ~ +75 °C operation and 10 ~ 95% RH non-condensing humidity.
