Monitors six DC digital inputs from a stack light and reports ON, OFF or flashing status over Wi-Fi, Ethernet PoE or RS-485 to Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP or MQTT systems. Includes one alarm relay output.
- Detects each stack light colour segment as ON, OFF or flashing, with a maximum flashing speed of 3 kHz
- Six DC wet-contact digital inputs (sink/source) and one Form A alarm relay output rated 5 A
- Status monitoring for up to 81 user-defined combinations of colour segments
- Reports the duration of the previous status, adjustable from 10 to 65500 ms
- RS-485 and Ethernet interfaces, plus IEEE 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi in infrastructure or limit-AP mode
- Supports Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP and MQTT protocols

The SL-P6R1-WF is a stack light monitoring module for machine status tracking. It reads the state of each colour segment on a DC-type stack light without interfering with the machine, giving engineers a clear view of the current operating stage. Each segment can be reported as OFF, ON or flashing, and the module can also evaluate user-defined combinations of segments.
Connectivity is flexible, with RS-485 and Ethernet interfaces plus an IEEE 802.11b/g/n WLAN in infrastructure or limit-AP mode. Redundant power inputs (PoE IEEE 802.3af Class 1 or a DC terminal block) allow the unit to be powered from whichever source is available. Status data is available to SCADA and MES systems through Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP and MQTT.
Configuration and firmware updates are handled through the built-in web interface over Ethernet. Access can be restricted with an IP whitelist and a web password. The alarm relay output can drive external alarm devices, and the module mounts on a DIN rail.
