The XV386 CR is a compact expansion board that combines four analogue input channels, four wet-contact digital inputs and four Form A power relay outputs on one card. It suits engineers who need mixed analogue, digital and switching I/O on a single XV-board PAC I/O module without adding separate devices.
Each analogue channel can be configured individually. Channel 0 supports ±15 V and ±30 V, while channels 1 to 3 offer ±1 V, ±2.5 V, ±5 V, ±10 V, ±20 mA, 0 to 20 mA and 4 to 20 mA, selected by jumper. The digital inputs are Sink/Source and can also operate as 32-bit counters, and the relays are rated 6 A at 35 VDC or 240 VAC.
For noisy industrial environments, the board provides 2000 VDC intra-module isolation and ±4 kV contact ESD protection on each terminal. It communicates over one RS-232 port at 115200 bps using Modbus/RTU, is powered at 5 VDC from the terminal block, and operates between -25 and +75 ℃.
