The WP-5141-OD-TC is a WinCE PAC built on a 520 MHz PXA270 processor running Windows CE 5.0. It suits engineers who want deterministic, hard real-time control alongside the flexibility of PC-based software, combining the strengths of a traditional PLC with a Windows-capable platform.
Connectivity includes two 10/100 Base-TX Ethernet ports, RS-232 and RS-485 serial ports (the RS-485 port is 2500 VDC isolated), a USB host and client port, and a built-in VGA output. An I/O expansion bus accepts one XW-board to add digital, analogue, timer/counter or UART functions. The ordering code specifies the Traditional Chinese version of the product.
The controller runs .NET Compact Framework 3.5 applications, and the SDK supports eVC and Visual Studio .NET development. Its dual watchdog timers, real-time clock and 16 KB EEPROM help with reliable operation and data retention.
