Produktinformation "PDS-734D Programmable Serial-to-Ethernet Device Server with 4x DI/4x DO"
The PDS-734D CR brings three serial ports, four digital inputs and four digital outputs onto an Ethernet network in a compact DIN-rail or wall-mounted unit. It suits engineers who need to connect legacy RS-232 or RS-485 field devices to a PC, SCADA or HMI system without rewriting the device firmware.
The built-in MiniOS7 runtime and Xserver programming structure allow custom Ethernet logic to be added to the device. The unit can also act as a Modbus TCP to RTU/ASCII gateway, so Modbus TCP masters can reach serial slaves directly. Each digital input supports latched and counter functions, and the 4 DO channels are open-collector NPN sink outputs rated at 30 VDC and 100 mA.
The CA-0910 cable is included with the ordering code. The removable terminal block and plastic casing with a built-in watchdog timer make installation and maintenance straightforward in industrial cabinets.
