Produktinformation "MN-3253 Motionnet 32-ch Isolated Digital Input Module, RJ-45"
The MN-3253 CR adds 32 isolated digital input channels to a Motionnet network, letting you extend remote input capacity without running separate cabling for each signal. Each input port can be configured as NPN or PNP for 12 to 24 V sensors, which simplifies matching the module to the field devices you already use.
Cyclic time is 15.1 μs per device at 20 Mbps, and a full line of 64 modules covers 2048 input points within 0.97 ms. Transfer speed is chosen from 2.5, 5, 10 or 20 Mbps using a DIP switch. Input status is updated automatically through the Motionnet system at a constant interval, and you can set interrupts on selected inputs so the controller does not have to poll them repeatedly.
The module provides 3000 Vrms input isolation and separates power, communication and I/O for improved protection. Status LEDs show communication state, I/O state and internal 3.3 V power, and a termination resistor switch is provided. Wiring uses 13-pin pluggable terminal blocks, and the plastic housing mounts on a DIN rail. Rated operating range is 0 to +60 °C.
