The FR-2024iT CR is a 12-bit FRnet analog output module with four channels. Each channel can be configured for voltage or current output, with ranges of 0 ~ 5 V, ±5 V, 0 ~ 10 V, ±10 V, 0 ~ 20 mA and 4 ~ 20 mA. Power-on and safe output values can be set, so outputs can take a defined state at start-up or when communication is lost.
Modules are chained over FRnet, so a single communication line can extend remote analog output control from a PC, PAC or PLC. The FRnet interface uses built-in wire-saving control, supports broadcast (1:n) transmission and offers a fixed I/O scan time with I/O synchronisation. Transfer speed is selectable between 250 kbps and 1 Mbps (default) by DIP switch, with a maximum distance of 400 m at 250 kbps and 100 m at 1 Mbps.
