The EMP-9051-32 CR is a Windows 10 IoT based programmable automation controller with an EtherCAT master for up to 32 axes. Its Intel Core i5-8365UE processor, 16 GB DDR4 memory and 128 GB mSATA SSD let control, HMI and data acquisition run on a single unit, without expansion slots, so it suits compact motion-control panels built around EtherCAT drives and I/O.
Motion features include synchronised E-GEAR and E-CAM motion, virtual axes, multi-axis linear interpolation and a coupled control system. A second CPU supports EtherCAT communication retention, which is intended to keep EtherCAT communication and process recipes running if the OS or a program crashes.

- 8 open-collector digital outputs, sink type, 100 mA per channel
- Dual 10/100/1000 Mbit/s Ethernet, 4 x USB 2.0, RS-485 and isolated RS-232/RS-485 ports
