The tSG-3781L CR is a single-channel DC current input signal conditioner that converts a 4 ~ 20 mA input into a PWM output. The PWM duty cycle covers 0% to 100% and follows the 4 ~ 20 mA input in a linear relationship, making it a practical interface between a current loop signal and a PWM-controlled device.
Output frequency is set between 600 Hz and 800 Hz using the push buttons located on the left side of the module. A monochrome LCD displays the duty cycle and frequency of the PWM output, so settings can be checked on site without additional tools.
- Typical applications include building heating and ventilation systems, and servo-assisted diaphragm valve control.
