The iSN-711-MRTU CR is a self-contained vibration sensor module built around an onboard MEMS accelerometer. It measures along one axis, with an amplitude range of ±8g and a frequency range of 6 Hz ~ 1 kHz, which suits low-frequency vibration measurement on rotating and reciprocating machinery.
Readings are made available over a single RS-485 port that acts as a Modbus RTU slave. A host controller or PLC can poll the sensor with standard Modbus RTU requests, using the serial settings N, 8, 1 and any baud rate from 9600 to 115200 bps. The module is powered from +10 ~ +30 VDC and draws 0.3 W.
Mounting is flexible, with wall-mount or magnet adsorption options, and the housing measures 51 x 30 x 19 mm (W x L x H). It is rated for operating temperatures of -25 °C ~ +75 °C and humidity of 10 ~ 90% RH, non-condensing. Typical uses include monitoring production line equipment, motors and pumps, and other vibration monitoring systems.
