The I-8213W-4GC CR is an industrial 4G LTE modem with integrated GPS, intended for moving data from remote instruments, meters, computers or control systems over cellular networks. It supports FDD LTE B1/B3/B8 and TDD LTE B38/B39/B40/B41, alongside WCDMA, GPRS and SMS.
An integrated TCP/IP stack allows controllers with serial ports to reach the network without custom driver development. The module offers TCP Server, TCP Client and UDP Client connection modes over 4G, 3G or GPRS, and accepts standard AT commands.
The -4GC variant is the TDD-capable version, labelled for China in the product description. Its sister model, the I-8213W-4GE, covers FDD LTE B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20 instead. The module installs on DIN-rail and is rated for -25 to 75 °C operation, and it pairs with WinPAC-8000, LinPAC-8000 or XP-8000 controllers.
