The WP-8128-CE7 CR is the single-slot member of the WinPAC-8000-CE7 family, combining a 1.0 GHz Cortex-A8 controller with Windows CE 7.0 and an embedded Win-GRAF SoftLogic runtime. It suits engineers who want IEC 61131-3 control logic running on a PC-style platform, with one expansion slot for I-8K (parallel) or I-87K (serial) I/O modules.
Windows CE 7.0 supports hard real-time operation and deterministic control, and the unit offers a PC-like display and operating environment. Its VGA output, dual Ethernet ports, RS-232 and isolated RS-485 ports, and two USB 2.0 ports allow local visualisation and multiple communication links. Modbus RTU/TCP, OPC UA and DCON are supported.
The housing is plastic and the unit mounts on a DIN rail or wall. It draws 7.3 W, accepts +10 ~ 30 VDC with redundant power inputs, and is rated for -25 ~ +75 °C operation. Dimensions are 95 x 132 x 111 mm (W x L x H).
