Produktinformation "M-7018-G 8-ch Thermocouple Input Module, Modbus RTU/DCON"
The M-7018-G CR is a DIN-rail remote I/O module that takes in eight differential analog channels and accepts voltage, current or thermocouple signals on the same hardware. Readings are sent over a single RS-485 port, so it suits distributed measurement in cabinets and across machines where a serial network is already in place.
Each channel supports a wide selection of thermocouple types (J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N and C) as well as a range of voltage and current spans, with 16-bit resolution. Channel-to-channel and module-to-bus isolation of 3000 VDC, together with 4 kV ESD protection on each terminal, help the unit tolerate electrically noisy industrial environments.
Modbus RTU and DCON are selectable through software, and the module includes a programmable watchdog for module and communication monitoring. Typical deployments include:
