The ET-7215 is an Ethernet I/O module for temperature measurement with resistance temperature detectors over long cable runs. Each of its seven differential channels can be configured individually for Pt100, Pt1000, Ni120, Cu100 or Cu1000 sensors, and three-wire RTD lead resistance is compensated automatically, whatever the wire length.
The built-in 2-port 10/100 Base-TX switch with LAN bypass allows modules to be daisy-chained along a network line. Communication runs over Modbus TCP or Modbus UDP, and the built-in web server and Web HMI let you check and configure the unit from a browser, with ID, password and IP filter access control.
Suited to building automation, factory and machine automation, and remote diagnosis or maintenance, the ET-7215 is ordered as ET-7215 CR. It carries CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS and WEEE marks and operates from +12 ~ +48 VDC over a temperature range of -25 ~ +75 °C.
