The WP-5231-CE7 CR is a Windows CE 7.0 programmable automation controller built around a 1 GHz Cortex-A8 processor. It suits engineers who need a Windows-based PAC with built-in VGA output, multiple serial ports and an I/O expansion bus for local expansion.
Memory is provided by 512 MB SDRAM, 256 MB Flash and 64 KB FRAM for data retention, with an optional microSD card of up to 32 GB for storing programs, images and data. A 64-bit hardware serial number supports software protection, and dual watchdog timers are built in.
Connectivity includes one 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet port, four serial ports and one USB 2.0 host port. The unit operates from -25 ~ +75 °C and mounts on DIN-rail in a plastic housing rated IP30.
