VPD-130N-H is a compact 3.5 inch colour touch HMI from the VPD series, built around a 240 x 320 TFT display with 65535 colours. It gives operators a graphical front end for machine and process control, with a touch screen, buzzer, rotary switch and reset button on the unit.
Connectivity centres on a single RS-232/RS-485 serial port with self-tuner, which suits serial links to controllers and remote devices. A real-time clock is included for time-stamped operation. The VPD-130N-H has no Ethernet port; the source lists Ethernet only for the VPD-133-H and VPD-133N-H.
The unit mounts on DIN-rail or in a panel, with an IP65-rated front panel and a 12 to 48 VDC supply. Screens are developed in the free HMIWorks software, which offers GUI design, Ladder Designer for PLC users and C language for custom programming. Ordering code VPD-130N-H CR is the item supplied.
