SG-3037-G conditions the voltage output of a triaxial accelerometer so that all three axes can be read by downstream acquisition hardware. Each of the three input channels accepts a 0-24 V signal and delivers a corresponding ±10 VDC analogue output, keeping the vibration data in a form that standard I/O modules can digitise.
The unit also supplies the 24 VDC excitation voltage needed by the accelerometer, so no separate sensor supply is required. With a 50 kHz signal bandwidth, it suits vibration measurement work where fast changes in the signal need to be preserved. Reverse polarity protection and EFT, ESD and surge immunity ratings help it tolerate demanding installation conditions.
The SG-3037-G ordering code is the RoHS-compliant variant. It mounts on DIN-rail or on a wall and operates from -25 to +75 °C, making it practical for control cabinets and remote monitoring points alike.
