NS-200AFT-T bridges a copper Ethernet segment and a multi-mode fibre link. The RJ-45 port runs at 10 or 100 Mbps with auto negotiation and automatic MDI/MDI-X, so it can be connected to a switch or a device without choosing a crossover cable. The fibre side uses a 100Base-FX multi-mode ST connector, suited to extending an Ethernet connection across the distances covered by the fibre specification.
The converter uses store-and-forward processing with wire-speed switching and supports IEEE 802.3, 802.3u and 802.3x, including flow control. Reverse polarity protection is fitted on the power input, which accepts +12 VDC to +48 VDC (non-isolated). Power consumption is 0.12 A at 24 VDC.
The plastic housing is slim enough for DIN-rail mounting and is rated for an operating temperature of -30 °C ~ +75 °C, with a storage range of -30 °C ~ +85 °C. Status LEDs show power, 10M and 100M speed, link/activity and the fibre duplex state. The product is listed with CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS and WEEE certifications.
