The I-8017DW-G is an analog input module for engineers who need fast, multi-channel acquisition from voltage or current sources. It accepts 8 differential or 16 single-ended inputs, with 14-bit resolution and a 100 kHz bandwidth.
Each channel can be configured individually for ±10 VDC, ±5 VDC, ±2.5 VDC, ±1.25 VDC or ±20 mA. Current input is selected with a jumper, and the internal resistor for differential current measurement is also jumper-selectable. The module is supplied with voltage input selected by default. Sampling reaches 90 kS/s in single-channel polling mode, 50 kS/s in single-channel interrupt mode and 16 kS/s in 8-channel scan mode.
Isolation is rated at 2500 VDC intra-module, and each terminal is protected against ±4 kV ESD contact discharge. The I-8017DW-G-G CR order includes a CA-4002F DB37 female connector with plastic cover, so it is ready for field wiring.
