Produktinformation "DN-8368MB 3-Axis Motion Control Terminal Board for Mitsubishi MELSERVO-J2"
The DN-8368MB CR is a three-axis daughter board that connects pulse-command stepper or servo drives to ICP DAS motion controllers. It is built for Mitsubishi MELSERVO-J2 servo amplifiers, and each axis group carries pulse output, encoder feedback, mechanical switch inputs and the servo signals needed for wiring to the amplifier.
Two boards are required to drive six axes on ICP DAS 6-axis controllers such as the PISO-PS600, PISO-VS600 and PMDK. Each axis is wired through screw terminal connectors, and the connectors can be swapped between axes to change the axis assignment without rewiring. High-speed photo-coupling isolation helps protect the controller.
The board includes an on-board power module that supplies the voltages required by its own circuitry, along with a power LED and status LEDs for home, limit and other switch signals. It is rated for 20 to 26 VDC input and operates from -20 to +75 °C.
